Mission Design & Systems Engineering (MDSE)

Mission-level thinking and systems testing across engineering disciplines.

The discipline

MDSE connects mission concepts with a systems-level view of the hardware and software involved. GroundSat is primarily an MDSE research and hardware-in-the-loop effort, with a long-term goal of reusable testing across SRG.

Technical areas

  • Mission design
  • Systems engineering
  • Hardware-in-the-loop research
